We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Gutter Installer to join our growing team and help maintain our high standards in the field.

Position Summary
The Lead Gutter Installer oversees gutter installation projects from start to finish. This role requires hands-on installation expertise, leadership in the field, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong experience in residential gutter systems and can lead a "crew" while maintaining productivity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage gutter installation crews on residential job sites

  • Install, repair, and replace gutter systems, including seamless gutters, downspouts, and guards

  • Measure, cut, and assemble gutter materials accurately

  • Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes

  • Train and mentor team members to improve skill level and efficiency

  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, project managers, and office staff

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company van at all times.

  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions in the field

  • Perform final inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of residential gutter installation experience (lead experience preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of gutter systems, materials, and installation techniques

  • Ability to operate gutter machines and related tools/equipment

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a small crew

  • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/roofs

  • Valid driver’s license with a good/decent driving record

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
