10/21/2025

• Happy Tuesday, everyone! Due to the heavy rain this week, we plan to begin work again on Wednesday, 10/22

• Thursday, 10/23, please use caution as we will be working in the areas above the garage doors

10/23/2025

• We plan to complete the roofing tomorrow, 10/24. The crew may return on Saturday to complete any remaining work and address any necessary cleanup.

• We will return on Monday, October 27, to begin the siding installation and complete the roof inspections at that time.

10/24/2025

• There will be additional work around the north garage today. A dumpster will be placed in the area, and debris may fall. For safety reasons, please use the alternate route if possible.

• The crew couldn't get finished up today, due to the rain. They will be back on Monday to finish

• The siding crews will be starting on Monday, 10/27

• Hello Eagle Point Residence,

  This is Nick Zeman, Vice President of All Around. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how the jobsite was left Saturday when the rains came in. It was not to our standard. As you all know we've been working with mother nature has thrown at us the last week while trying to maintain a safe and clean worksite around your complex. On Saturday we missed the opportunity to better spend some of the time on site cleaning up the grounds from Friday's progress on the roofs. We apologize for that and wanted you to know this has been addressed internally with our staff and the installation team members. We've had a couple minor hiccups along the way but we've managed well and you have all been so helpful in speaking up whenever you have a concern, compliment, or question. So thank you for that. As the roofing wraps up we are quick to dive into the siding which started this morning. I'd also like to just acknowledge that Scott has been a great resource on site for us and has been keeping a close eye on us. We appreciate Scott and how helpful he's been throughout this project. We are eager to continue to complete the remaining work and of course keep you all informed along the way. We thank you for your continued support. Thank you all. 

10/29/2025

• Good Morning Eagle Point Residence,

  Today we have our third-party cleanup company, Northstar Cleanup, coming out. They plan to be on site all day today and as much time as needed tomorrow. They will have a focus on commonly overlooked areas for roofing debris cleanup, as well as the high traffic areas.

• Siding work continues today. The crew is working on the upper flat roof sided areas. We will be in this area for the rest of this week and possibly early next week. Once this area is finished, we will be moving to the above the main entrance. We expect to be siding through the end of next week.

• Gutter work is expected to start Friday, 10/31 at 9:00 am. The crew will return on Saturday, 11/01, to complete anything that was not finished on Friday.

• The roofing crew is finishing up some final items today so you may see them around as well.

• If you notice any debris left on your deck / patio, please report it to Scott and he will make sure we know which unit you're in and we can make sure this is cleaned for you. Thank you all!

11/03/2025

• Good Morning Eagle Point,
  Ground cleanup was completed last week. We plan to come back and do another sweep after your fall maintenance crew is done. They are scheduled for the first part of this week, so we will follow shortly behind them.

• The siding progress can be seen below. As of Friday, 10/31/25, we completed all of the siding outlined in red in the photo below. Siding will continue through the end of this week. Next week we will be moving to the other building to complete the siding work there, as well as working on all of the chimney chase caps. Our goal is to be substantially completed by the end of next week, weather permitting. We will update again later this week. Thank you!

• Happy Friday!

  Today we will be finishing up on building #1, and starting on building #2. We should have some more updates for you later this afternoon.

11/13/2025

• The siding on building 2 was completed on Tuesday.

• We have the third party cleaners scheduled to be on site tomorrow to do another trip around the grounds with magnets in an effort to remove any remaining debris now that fall cleanup has been completed. They will also focus on the parking lot and underground garage entrances.

• Eric from All Around was on site today checking the siding work, as well as coordinating the removal of the equipment and dumpsters. We look to have this staging area of the parking lot cleared out in the near future.

• The chimney chase covers are ready for install, however the caps are still on order and we are eagerly awaiting their arrival so we can complete this last part of the process.

• We are nearing the end of the project completion. We've really appreciated all of the residents for their cooperation during this project and we look forward to being finished soon. Thank you. Please enjoy these last few beautiful fall days!
